Do I need to have an account to earn points?

Nope! When you spend your first dollar with us, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our points program and will start earning right away. In order to redeem your points though, you will need to have created an account with us.

How many points do I need to have before I can redeem?

You can redeem as many or few points as you want, so technically, a single point is enough to have in order to redeem. For your points to really feel like a reward though, we’d probably recommend banking up a few more than just the one before redeeming!

How many points do I need to get $10 off an experience?

To get $10 off an experience, you’ll only need to have banked up 200 points! In other words, 20 points get you $1 of value to redeem on any of the experiences we offer!

Can I use my points to book experiences for others?

Yes, you can! You can choose to redeem your points for experiences for yourself or for your friends and family.

I just booked an experience. When will I get my points?

Yay - we’re sure you’ll have an amazing time. Your points will be added to your account within 7 days after your experience.

I just bought a gift card. When will I get my points?

Amazing - you’re a 10/10 gifter! Your points will be added to your account within 7 days after your gift card purchase.
