Planning this day out is as simple selecting your destination! Using your smart phone to solve clues and riddles, your journey will take you to local artisan producers where you will collect delicious picnic ingredients, ending at a stunning picnic spot where you’ll enjoy your food.

Where does the experience start?

All experiences start in the selected region or area you chose at the time of booking. Once you solve your first clue you will be given the address of your first stop of the day. Your start time is when we generally recommend arriving at your first location.

What if I don't live close to where the picnic is?

We operate in over 50 cities around the world and offer 100s of experiences across different regions! Ensure you’ve selected your closest city on the home page by selecting the city drop down menu.

Once you’re booked in, we recommend solving your first clue the night before your experience to find your first location and plan how to get there.

Can I bring a dog on my picnic?

Some of our routes may be suitable for furry friends, but not all. Simply let us know which routes you're interested in and our friendly team can advise!

Can I reschedule/cancel if it's raining or something comes up?

We have a 3 business day policy for any changes or cancellations. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather the week of your picnic!

What measures are you taking to protect from Coronavirus?

At present, we are not handing out any reusable equipment, so we advise everyone brings along their own bag, cooler, plates, cups and cutlery. Many of our providers will also have their own restrictions in place, for example limits to numbers of people in their store at one time. In some regions - according to government guidelines - the end location may be outside rather than inside, where it may previously have been.

When will coming soon picnics be available?

We are working on many new experiences - let us know which route you are interested in and we may have insight into when you can expect it to go live!

Where can I read more reviews?

We recommend checking out our reviews via our Facebook page where you can find lots of pictures and comments from our clients.

Can I start the picnic whenever I like?

Your confirmation email and clue set will advise what time we recommend starting your experience. Please stick as closely as you can to this time - this will ensure you have plenty of time to do your experience before shops shut and so the small businesses we work with don't get too busy at any given time.

My dietary requirement isn't listed - can I still do it?

We can cater to standard, vegetarian, gluten free, vegan and pregnancy diets. Any other requests can be entered at the time of booking, and are subject to availability depending on our providers. We’ll do our best to cater for you and may contact you to ask for more detail or recommend a particular route that caters particularly well to your indicated dietary.

Will my baby or toddler need to be included in the picnic?

You don't need to include any small children you're bringing your own food for. Any children aged 12 and below that will be taking part will need to be included as a 'child' within the booking, anyone over the age of 12 should be included as an adult.

We’ve designed a collection of experiences designed to be enjoyed virtually, at home.

From Date Nights to Pub Crawls, there’s an experience for every family, couple and group of friends.

Your experience is completely digitally guided. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email locking in your chosen date. The day before your selected date, you’ll receive digital access to your experience via email.

Some experiences use common household items - these will be outlined in your confirmation email. Other experience may include a physical kit delivered to you - these kits contain everything you will need to complete the experience.

Can I do my At-Home experience on any date I want once I've purchased it?

No, you will be asked to pick a specific date to enjoy your experience when you book. It will be accessible from the day before to the day after your chosen date.

Do we all have to buy the experience to play together?

No - if you are one household looking to enjoy a virtual or At-Home experience all together, only one of you needs to book.

Can I play across multiple households?

Some of our experiences are easily played across multiple households and others are slightly tricker. Let us know which experiences you're interested in and how many households are looking to take part, our friendly team can help you out with which experiences would be most suitable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to choose a region when buying a gift card for a Mystery Experience?

No, you can choose an experience type (e.g. a Mystery Picnic) or gift a monetary value, the lucky recipient can then choose where to use it.

Do I have to choose a date when buying a gift card?

No, the recipient will choose their preferred date when they are ready to redeem the gift card.

I have a voucher - can I use it on anything?

Yes! You can use your voucher towards any experience. If your gift card or voucher is for a designated experience, you can choose to use the value towards something else if you’d prefer.

I can't find a gift card template that works for what I want, what can I do?

If you can’t find the exact gift you’d like to give as a preset option, you can opt to gift a value for the amount of the experience you’d like. You can let them know which experience you have in mind in your message which will show on the voucher.

Can I use a discount code for a Gift Card?

Unfortunately, you can't use any discounts for Gift Cards, only for an actual experience
