What's our Swap Guarantee?
If you’ve booked a limited time experience and can no longer make it, you have several options.

Date Swap
If there is availability for the same experience on another date of your choice, you may move the booking to your nominated date.
You can change the date of your experience up until 1 week before your experience.

Name Swap
If someone you know would like to go on the experience in your place, you may change the booking name so they are able to go in your place.
You can change the name of the booking up until one business day before your experience.

Waiting List Swap
If the experience you have booked is Sold Out, we may have someone on our waiting list you are able to resell it to. We will facilitate this free of charge.
You can request this up until the day before the experience, subject to finding a buyer.
If none of these options work for you, you can cancel your experience with a refund or credit up to 7 days before the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t make my experience, can I give it to someone else?
Yes, if someone would like to go in your place we can change the name on the booking up until the day before your experience.
What if I can’t make any other available date?
If all other dates are sold out, or you are unable to make another available date, you may choose to swap the name on the booking or request a Waiting List swap.
How do I request a swap?
You can request a swap by giving us a call on 1300 307 750, or by replying to your original confirmation email.
Until when can I swap?
You can swap the name on the booking up until 1 business day before your experience. If you’d like to change the date, we need at least 1 weeks notice from the booked date.
How does the Waiting List swap work?
If an experience is sold out, we allow people to join our waiting list. This group will be offered tickets in the case of a cancellation. If we are able to find someone to take your booking, we will facilitate the swap free of charge. This can be requested up until 1 business day before your experience.
You will then receive a refund, subject to someone being found to take your booking. If we are unable to find someone to take your booking, we will offer you a name or date swap where possible.
