Cancellation & Change Policy

All AmazingCo Experiences

(Limited Experiences, Mystery Weekends, Virtual Parties and At-Home Experiences with Physical Kits Excepted)

You can make changes to your experience booking (this includes, but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs) at any time up until 3 business days before your experience date. Please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost.

If you need to cancel, you can do with a full refund at any time up until 3 business days before your experience date. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded due to service & supplier costs already incurred.

Limited AmazingCo Experiences

Due to their nature, Limited and Ultra Limited experiences are non-refundable. However, we do offer a flexible Swap Guarantee in the event you can no longer make your experience. Read more about our Swap Guarantee here.

Mystery Weekend Experiences

For Mystery Weekends, booking changes are available up until 3 weeks before your experience date. Cancellations will receive a full refund up until this time as well. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded due to service & supplier costs already incurred.

Virtual Kids Parties

For Virtual Kids Parties, booking changes are available up until 7 days before your experience date. Cancellations will receive a full refund up until this time as well. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded due to service & supplier costs already incurred.

At-Home Experiences with Physical Kits

Some of our At-Home experiences include a physical kit to be delivered to you as part of your experience (e.g. Sofa Sommelier experiences, or Taste & Create experiences). For these experiences, we do need a bit more notice to factor in the delivery time of the kits. Therefore, changes and cancellations are available up until 14 days before your experience date.
