Customer Changes Policy
We understand that things change. AmazingCo proudly offers a world-class flexibility policy to help you manage your event around whatever life throws at you.
We offer unlimited rescheduling on all our experiences, which is always free within the generous timeframes specified below.

Mystery Picnics
You can make changes to your experience booking up until 3 business days before your experience date. This includes, but is not limited to: the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs. There is no change fee within this timeframe, but please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost - for example when adding additional people to the booking or upgrading the inclusions.
Within 3 days, we charge a small rescheduling fee to contribute towards the internal time and supplier costs already incurred. Costs vary depending on your experience, see example rescheduling costs below for a 2 person picnic:
AU/CAD/NZ = $40
US = $30
UK = £20
Please note all AmazingCo experiences cannot be cancelled, and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the exceptions below.
Mystery Weekend Experiences
For Mystery Weekends, booking changes are available up until 3 weeks before your experience date. Any booking changes requested within 3 weeks of the original booking date cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges due to service & supplier costs already incurred.
Additional charges will always be outlined to you before proceeding with any requested changes.
Adventure Days
For Adventure Days, booking changes are available up until 24 hours before your booked experience. Any booking changes requested within 24 hours of the original booking date cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges due to service & supplier costs already incurred.

At-Home Experiences with Physical Kits
Some of our At-Home experiences include a physical kit to be delivered to you as part of your experience (e.g. Sofa Sommelier experiences, or Taste & Create experiences). For these experiences, we do need a bit more notice to factor in the delivery time of the kits. Therefore, changes are available up until 14 days before your experience date.
Bundled Experiences
Where our experiences are bundled with a third party experience (e.g. Mystery Picnic and Hot Air Balloon Adventure), we are required to pass on any change terms for the third party. These will always be outlined explicitly on the website page under the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’, and reiterated in your booking confirmation.
All Other AmazingCo Experiences Not Listed Above
You can make changes to your experience booking at any time up until 3 business days before your experience date. This includes, but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people, and dietary needs. AmazingCo experiences cannot be canceled and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the exceptions above.
