Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

By participating in any Instagram competition administered by AmazingCo (@amazingco.me & AmazingCo), entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. All entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Social Media Competitions

  • Competition commences at start date and time (AEST & AEDT) stated on social media platform.

  • Competition concludes at end date and time (AEST & AEDT) stated on social media platform.

  • Instagram competition, contest or giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

  • The competition is valid/ open only to participants in locale stated on social media platform.

  • Entry is open only to persons who are aged 18 years or over (Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom), 19 years or older (Canada) and 21 years or older (United States).

  • To enter, entrants must follow rules outlined on social media platform. Winners are chosen based on skill, based on answers on relevant competition social media post.

  • Winner to the competition will be determined no more than 48 hours after the competition end date and will be notified privately no more than 48 hours after the competition end date.

  • Prize is non-transferable or refundable.

  • AmazingCo reserves the right to refuse and/or invalidate any winner not adhering to these terms, or remove or extend this offer at any point during the period.
