Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The terms govern the use of an AmazingCo Gift Card. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms you must discontinue purchasing or using the an AmazingCo Gift Card.

Purchase of a Gift Card

AmazingCo Gift Cards are available for purchase online at www.amazingco.me, or by phone with an AmazingCo representative, or through an approved partner. Gift Cards can be purchased in Australian Dollar (AUD), United States Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD) or British Pound (GBP). It is your responsibility to ensure you purchase in the correct currency. The currency will be set by the city in which you have set the website to be located in. You can confirm the currency by looking at the currency label in the footer of the Gift Card purchase page. It is your responsibility that all details on the Gift Card are correct before purchasing. AmazingCo may assist in correcting errors but it cannot be guaranteed. Upon purchase, your Gift Card will be delivered to the email address you supplied on checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this email address is correct and you (or the recipient) has access to it. Gift Cards are not refundable.

Redemption of a Gift Card

You can redeem an AmazingCo Gift Card online by adding the code to the supplied field on the checkout page, or via phone with an AmazingCo representative. You can redeem the full amount or part thereof. Where there is remaining credit on the Gift Card following a partial redemption, that value will remain on the Gift Card for future redemption.

Recharging a Gift Card

AmazingCo Gift Cards cannot be recharged. Once the value has been exhausted or the validity expired, the Gift Card can no longer be used.

Expiry Date

AmazingCo Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date and time of purchase. Please see your Gift Card for your expiry date.

Exclusions

AmazingCo Gift Cards can be used to purchase any AmazingCo experience. They are not valid for use on another Gift Card, or services such as an AmazingCo Premium Subscription (WonderPass).

Lost or Stolen Cards

Treat your AmazingCo Gift Card like cash. It is your responsibility to keep it safe. If you lose or have your Gift Card stolen, please reach out to an AmazingCo representative with proof of purchase and gifting, or request the person who gifted you the Gift Card to contact AmazingCo via the website contact form.
